I am a 39 yr old lifelong bedwetter, who still unintentionally wets the bed off and on 2 to 4 times per week. I have recently suffered through a 6 month stint of insomnia. Not wanting to go down the prescription sleeping pill road, I tried to find an effective, non-prescription sleep aid. Recently I have tried 25mg of Donormyl (it is basically a stronger dose of the ingredient in Nyquil). It works for me in about 30 minutes. Knocks me out for about 7 to 9 hours. REM sleep and the whole works. Wake up really rested and....SOAKED ! Even sleeping in a diaper, I pee it so full it explodes. I have tried this about 10 times in the last 2 weeks- and I totally and completely wet the bed each time. But I sleep so soundly that I could be drowning in pee and not wake up
