Hi, need some advice

Hi i've never posted on here before, but i need some help.
I've beens friends with this girl for a while and never really thought of dating her, she's reasonably attractive, tall, curvy, pretty face, just never thought she'd be my type.
However today she asked me if i would sponsor her if she wore a nappy for a day, and the only thing i could think of was her in a nappy and im just awed by the thought of it. I've spoken to her and asked some questions about it and she's really up for it but she wants someone to do it with her, hinting me.

Is there any advice on how i could progress this further and maybe turn this into something more?

I'm curious as to what "sponsor her if she wears a nappy for a day" means. I've never heard of a charity diaper-wear-off. 5k runs maybe. Can you give more details?

sorry, we're both in college and just randomly asked me if i would sponsor her to wear a nappy for a day to college to raise money for cancer research.
Never spoke to her about my fantasies before and if all goes well she'll be fulfilling some of them.
