Diapers laying in the street

Everyday on my way across town, I see adult diapers in the street. Someone is a bit of an exhibitionist. At first, I thought it was just a one that flew off a vehicle by accident. Now it looks like a new one every few days. Who's the other diaper wearer in northern LA County?

Are they used? I don't think it is an AB/DL as unless they are used none of us would be wasting unused diapers.

I'm thinking it's from illegals being smuggled in by their mules. Do semi-trucks frequent this road?

Can't imagine what the trap would be.

It's hard to tell if they are used. I'm not curious enough to stand in traffic to find out.

They show up one at a time, so it's not an accident.

I am from Orange County and I also saw some unused diapers in the street. The first time I saw one, I had to stop and get it ... it was a brand I did not know ... I ended up wearing it the rest of the way home. The second time I couldn't stop because my wife was in the car with me .. I so wanted to stop again!
