Show me the scientific evidence that my body doesn't have a soul, you cannot just as science can prove..........Its called faith. Why does every religion even down the the just discovered tribe all have speak about a greater being, talks about a soul and talk about good and evil.

I'm not very religious, but when I'm in wet, loaded diapers I often say "God, this feels good!"

Show me the scientific evidence that there isn't a big dish of pasta controlling the world from just behind the moon. You can't.

This is because you can't prove a negative.

Finish school, work hard in your science lessons, then maybe we can discuss science and faith but at the moment you are so poorly lacking in even a vestige of scientific understanding that it is impossible to discuss things on the same level.

Again, you can believe what you like, but if there is NO evidence, you may as well believe in pasta gods as much as any other.

All through human history, people have searched for a meaning to their existence, that is an understandable trait of being human - but as you will no doubt accept, ALL religions cannot be right, so which is? Or, maybe, they are all bullshit?

Until recently, humans used to believe things like bleeding a body cured it of an illness - we now know that to be untrue. Just because humans have believed something does not make it so. Lots of people have believed in armageddon at various points and yet here we are, the world is still here.

Pure numbers does not make a religion more true, it simply means it has the best preachers, manipulators, punishments and use of language.

Guys, guys, guys... There are already other types of forums that are related to religious debates, believe it or not but this is clearly not one of those.

Even granted the questionability of starting such a thread, I have absolutely not a clue
why anyone would think the community as a whole wants to hear about either rebuttal
or affirmation concerning this or that theological position. Both assertions are irrelevant
to this our context, and if you at all insist on continuing the dispute, I, on behalf of those
in favor of keeping the such away from the forum, kindly request you continue this elsewhere.

If not, then I urge any Moderator to please lock this thread before it gets more out of hand than what it already is. But once more, it would be preferrable if both parties would realize this is not the place, and end this by their own accord.
