I'm surprised no one has mentioned last weeks Bobs Burger episode where the owner across the street is a Diaper lover and all the trannies know this and tell Bob and he uses this against the guy to get his son to come to his daughter's b-day party. That's the 2nd time I've seen that one classic. Plus the new show Two Broke Girls the dark haired one has 2 big diaper pins on her waitress uniform. I don't think it means anything but one could only hope.
