Hiring a Nurse
Full disclosure is required that this is a non-medical situation for which you will be compensated and the monetary amount agreed to. Whatever you do, don't ask them for sex, hand release or any inuendo's that could be construed as a sexual ask.
You may run into some that are abhorred by it, but many if the money is good...they already most of them change diapers in a geriatric or pediatric setting now. CNA and NA's get paid so little that a part time gig changing adult diapers at say $10.00 hour for 20 hours a week should insure some takers. That is if you can afford $200.00 a week?
If you don't put it in writing, you could be in for the fight of your legal life as Delta Foxtrot stated!!

If you want a "nanny" to watch after you I would suggest checking the adult personals and hiring a pro domme or something similar... someone who is familiar with the adult community and who won't be offended when you find some perverse pleasure from the whole thing.

Full disclosure that you're not disabled, and you hiring the nurse or nurses aide to maintain your cleanliness at diaper changes for a fee. It would be a binding agreement and legal. Getting an errection, these people deal with that on a daily basis.
DeltaFoxtrot, my wife is an RN and we ran this by our attorney and though unusual, she saw nothing wrong with it: based on Full Disclosure...
Not physically or mentally disabled or impaired
Not Incontinent for enjoyment and pleasure
Ambulatory
able to change self, but hiring someone to assist and paying compensation...
No deception on the part of the employer or employee. A business arrangement. Some might even be open to a Domme/sub type of relationship, but that's between two grown adults.
With it in writing, it protects the employer and employee! There is no law against hiring someone as a caregiver, even for someone able to take care of themselves.
I suggested you research in your area. Starting pay for nurses aides. They're the one's wiping a**es in the nuring homes and hospitals for a little more than minimum wage.Last edited by fulldiapermichael; March 7, 2012, 10:10 AM.

I personally know many (around 100) AB/DLs who are nurses. They would do this. As long as you are open and honest and everything is in writing. Finding a CNA would be cheaper though honestly don't know any AB/DL friendly people who are CNAs.
I know lawyers, doctors, teachers, pre-school teachers, scientists, judges, police, politicians, nurse practitioners, PAs, accountants, truck drivers, executives, and the list goes on. Even know a CEO who pays a full time nurse to take care of him and baby him.
