Check out John Bell and Croyden, Central London on Wigmore Street. They sell all variety's of Tena's.

Really?? Where in London (roughly)?

John Bell & Croydon is handy, but very expensive really, would therefore be good to know where else to go. Most of the shops I know have closed down (mobility shops) or now stock cursed cloth covered nappies.

Ha, for you US guys Macclesfield and London are probably fairly local. But for us in the UK, they are almost opposite ends of the country!
