I think I missed this one in 2018. It's from the bravo show The Real Housewives of New York City - RHONY Season 10 Episodes 17 and 18 2018
We see Sonja Morgan on a boat in Colombia throwing her wet pants to one of the other housewives, shouting she peed herself. All the ladies get diarrhea. One of them has leaked shit on the floor. Another has stained her bed. Sonja decides to purchase large white adult diapers in Colombia. We see 2 pictures of her wearing them in the airplane on the way back to New York. In a behind the scenes episode she openly talks about the diapers. She states she also wears them for convenience in the bus to the Hamptons. She also describes the package in her crotch.
