Your thoughts of seeing photos from WetSet on Tumblr

I've been seen many more pics of people like Nikki and other diapered girls posted on Tumblr more and more and wanted to find out what everyone thought of these pictures posted.

Would it be a consideration of an infringement of copyright laws or not? If I see any like them, should it be reported to Wet Set or not?

The Pictures are okay with me as long as...
1. The images are already posted on Wet Set where everyone already has access to.
2. The images haven't been tampered with as in removal of official markings.
3. Wet Set does not have any problems with the images being on tumbler.
