Younger - TV Series 2015–2021 S07E06 - The F Word (aired Apr 29, 2021)

After being mistaken for younger than she really is, a single mother decides to take the chance to reboot her career and her love life as a 26-year old.

KT (Ana Villafaņe) has a date with Josh (Nico Tortorella) and arrives at his apartment. She finds baby stuff on his bed and therefore thinks Josh has an ABDL fetish. She decides to seduce him by waiting for him on his bed, wearing nothing but an adult size baby diaper and a sleeveless top. It then turns out that Josh takes care of a real baby and KT is embarrassed. Later, they say goodbye on the street and she asks him if she can keep the diaper, because it was sexy for a minute and she has a 16 hours flight to Japan ahead.

The story doesn't tells how the baby-diaper turns into an adult-size diaper and back to a baby-diaper again.

Pieces of a Woman - 2020


When a young mother's home birth ends in unfathomable tragedy, she begins a year-long odyssey of mourning that fractures relationships with loved ones in this deeply personal story of a woman learning to live alongside her loss.

After the tragic loss of her baby shortly after birth, Martha (Vanessa Kirby) returns to work, a couple of weeks later. When she goes to the bathroom, we see that she is wearing a large white pull-up. This is probably a post-partum pull-up. The word incontinence or diaper is not mentioned anywhere in the movie, nor is there any other evidence of it.

In the movie Bad Girls from Valley High, a woman(Julie Benz) becomes incontinent because of a curse put on her. She decides to buy some adult diapers, but wets herself when she is held up at the cash register. In the following scene, she is on the phone with her friend and she can briefly be seen wearing a diaper.

Late Bloomers - 2023

Louise, an aimless 28 year-old Brooklynite, lands in the hospital after drunkenly breaking her hip. An encounter with a cranky elderly Polish woman who speaks no English leads to a job caring for her. Neither likes it, but it's time to grow up.

Louise (Karen Gillan) demonstrates a white adult pull-up because her client, and elderly lady, refuses to wear them. She tells the old lady: 'I should probably wear diapers when I drink, cause sometimes I piss myself.' A little later, Loise is still wearing the adult diaper, when suddenly her sister and her new boyfriend walk in. Loise is embarrassed, but then she starts to laugh loudly and it looks like she's almost peeing her white diaper.

Later, after visiting a swimming pool with the old lady, Louise is seen sleeping on the couch, wearing a diaper again. The plot doesn't explain why she is wearing this time.
