As for "rich adults who believe human milk would improve their health" I think they were looking for the word "AB".

By the way, I didn't know about that restaurant in Paris but there is a bar that's been serving cocktails in baby bottels for over 10 years it's called "Le Zero de conduite" (you might translate that as "Bad Behaviour") we went there with some girlfriends from uni... fun night
