vibrator and diaper

Hi I need some help years ago like 8 years ago I stumbled across a video of a woman who had on a nappy but also had a running vibrator placed inside of her. Out of all the searching years and years later I never saw it again and was wondering if anyone had seen it as well.
If I remember she was wearing like blue tracksuit pants over her nappy and lying on the end of the bed kinda on the corner of it and you could hear the vibrator running, she was lying face down
Anyhow if anyone knows about it send a link please or any other vibrator nappy vids. the vibrator has to be inside the nappy or its a fail for me lol
