    Hey there

    I have been lurking this website and particularly the forums for a number of years now and I recently met a girl who is into depraved things just like me

    She knows about my want for her to mess herself, and while I think she gets it in some ways, I don't think she does in others.

    She didn't know what to write so I thought I'd start her off. If we could find out some stuff such as foods to eat to make her poos big (she is lactose intolerant btw), any laxatives that are good (although I don't like runny stuff) and general tips for a sexy panty poop experience

    I would avoid the laxatives. They can cause gas and cramping, which really isn't all that pleasant. I would suggest loading her up on fiber. Salads, bran cereal, even metamucil pills if you want. Those will produce a solid bulky load. If she really wants the urgency to go along with it try some glycerin suppositories.

      Oatmeal. Nothing but oatmeal for breakfast and lunch. No laxatives.

        Plenty of fiber, veggies, and some meats. Bran stuff is good too. And of course, not going for a day or two.

            A little tip

            f you want a REALLY quick result, i suggest the hand-soap suppository. buy a bar of non-perfumed hand-soap that is designed for people with sensative skin (available from most chemists). Using some form of blade / sharp object, take a small section of it and make it into a similar shape to a small suppository (kind-of bullet shaped, about an inch long) and just pop it up your back passage (Its worth running it under hot water and smoothing down the edges before insertion). Once its up there, try and hold it in for as long as you can. In my experience, it takes between 10-15 mins before you cant hold it back any more. AWESOME!

            For those who are interested, the reason this happens is because the glycerin in the hand-soap irritates the colon(not painful or damaging in any way), and your body wants it out! But the soap also begins to desolve into the surrounding fecal matter, meaning the body now wants to push all of that out too.

            Works great if you want to have a "genuine" accident, and you'll probably poop out more than you thought you needed too

            I'm not taking any responsibility if anyone does have any reaction to this. I do this roughly once every two weeks and i've never ahd any problems. It's your decision if you want to put things up your bumhole.

              I think it appropriate to say thanks to the other responders. There are only two here that suggested suppositories (or a cheap alternative), and no one suggested laxatives (both of which should not be used unless necessary - and this isn't). Thanks, guys.

              Im not sure why, but I expect the guys can tolerate that soap idea, where a woman might not.

              The surefire BEST way to have a huge load, and urgency at the time, is to just wait... and wait... and wait some more. Just dont poop when the first urge, and the second urge strikes you. Try to determine just how looooong you CAN wait, and just do that consistently.

              Yes, you may get constipated that way, but for me, being constipated is just about the best there is. The poop wants out, but you never, never, never sit when you are that way. Always take a walk - a long walk - in tight panties, and loose pants, only pushing a little once in a while, and then only enough to get it started (yes, I know that's hard), and let the muscles of your cheeks help along the way - and they will. Dont try to pinch if off in the middle - that might hurt even more (I dont know - I have never tried it). It will still open you to the max, holding you open that way for a loooong time, but it wont hurt like sitting will, and you might even find it even pleasant.

              Yes, I know that there is lots less 'mess' that way, and that it might be difficult for 'fun,' but if size matters, you will still have it.

              If you are not so constipated, it is still nice. Walking or standing is great, but I still would suggest that you dont push - just let it move on its own (because of our training, that is really hard to do). If there is a soft coating (and there often is), then it will slip easily without pushing. Push only to get that last soft (messiest) part out and into your panties.

              Yes, I know, doing it that way is hard to plan for togetherness; but it is the best way. AND, it is worth the wait. Other things are not so good for you when repeated frequently, and you will find that you will WANT that frequency if you find you like doing it, particularly together.

              Betcha can't hold it as long as me. I am (again) in my sixth day since I pooped last, with little sign of the need. But sometimes, it comes on quickly (the other drawback) and I never know where I might be when it happens. Yes, that can be fun too.
