Well, you're going to want to procure some C4 explosive to start off with. I'm afraid I can't help you with that one, but if you're near some sort of military base you may be able to bluff your way into the supply shed and steal some that way. Alternatively, there's the black market, but that may involve a trip to the Pakistani borderlands and frankly that is outside the scope of this tutorial.
Got your C4? Awesome! Did you remember to get a detonator? If no, repeat step A. Now what you've got to do is get a diaper, should be simple enough right? You're going to want something very bulky, so you can fit lots of explosive inside. Cut into the front and the back so that there are wide slits, and pack in as much as you desire. C4 is easily moldable, so feel free to play around with it in order to make it both comfortably wearable and highly dangerous! Note that you may have to remove some of the internal material of the diaper in order to fit everything inside.
All you have to do now is hook up the detonator, close up the holes, make sure it's secure, and you have one explosive diaper! Great for use in situations such as...
