Always wondered about this. A lot of men would like to think they are, but the evidence seems to say otherwise. I had the great opportunity to chat with one woman on the phone that I met on a similar board many many years ago that was indeed turned on by it, but mostly it seems women (regardless of sexual orientation) seem to be most turned on by other women messing themselves. Seems the only segment that's mostly turned on by male pants pooping is other gay males.

It's difficult to guess with any certainty what the numbers are, but I'm sure there are plenty of women out there turned on by guys having both #1 and #2 accidents. I think it needs to be appreciated though that women are less numerous - certainly less vocal - than men on all sorts of fetish forums. This is because whilst women are just as sexual as men, for cultural reasons as well as issues to do with nurture and upbringing, not to mention societal expectations, they tend to share what turns them on rather less freely with the world.

So this is just my perspective, I imagine it varies from woman to woman. for myself, I get very turned on by MY boyfriend messing himself. I have always been into it, in the sense that hearing about it/seeing it was a turn on (male or female), but I find for most women the emotional connection is what "does it". I think that more men, are on sites such as these with pics/videos...but if there was a way to measure "readers" for erotica...the female numbers are probably higher in all realms including messing/wetting etc.
