Here is the perfect accident situation. First, unless you suffer a medical condition a real accident is unlikley. So here is the perfect thing that you can try with your girl. After work call her and tell her you are stuck in a traffic jam. Tell her you hope it moves quick as you have to take a crap. About 25 minutes later call her back and mention that the traffic has not moved and you really have to poop bad. On the third call, about 20 minutes later tell her you are getting despert and might come home with shit in your pants. Call 20 minutes later and tell her the traffic is moving but, "I took a dump in my pants, I couldnt hold it any longer." Advise her that it might be a bit stinky when you arrive home. This opens up all kinds of options. It will come across as a real accident which couldnt be helped, and you will see her reaction. She may be grossed out, or may offer to help clean you up. If you are a close couple you might start the cleanup with the bathroom door open. You might even say something like, "It sucks that I crapped my pants, but it is kind of warm down there and feels kind of good." From here you can measure her reaction and still play off the comment as a joke. Let me know if you ever try this and please relate the outcome.
