Yes, I have-- that specific pair actually-- and let me tell you, it was very different from all the other underpants I'd had diarrhea in before, and I own virtually every type of underpants there are. It was a real game-changer, I don't think I'll be able to go back to run-of-the-mill runs anymore. Don't laugh but my wife has a pair of my little pony pants, different design but same style. Hers are made from towelling material. Soaks up pee, and when she has filled them, they have a nice warm furry feel.

I have. It's called terry cloth BTW. I have a terry polo shirt, but no terry underwear. You can get it from Arizona Care for example.
