To the Admins: Please increase the session timeout

I didn't know where else to post this, so here goes.

When you're logged into the message board, your session times out in like 10 minutes. I have lost several thoughtful replies because Can you increase this to at least an hour? It would have no impact on your security or performance to do so.

Could be a browser settings issue - I'm not sure about anyone else, but I never get logged out unless I specifically click the log out button.

There is a "Remember Me" checkbox when you log in. If that is selected, you should stay logged in whenever using this board (of course, that isn't something one would use on a public computer).

Nothing should be timed out here. It sounds like some sort of weird security setting on the user's computer

Privacy / incognito mode possibly. I don't think cookies (apart from session cookies) are set. I kind of have the same problem, because I block all non-session cookies. But I don't mind logging in again after I haven't clicked anything for a while.
