The set up:
Being Erica is a Canadian show about a 30-ish woman named Erica Strange who, due to the powers of her mysterious therapist Dr. Tom, is able to return to her past and change things she regrets. Most of her changes have little effect on her present, other than to teach her life lessons.
The episode in question: Season Two's Shhh...Don't Tell
Erica returns to her high school days to prevent her friend Jenny from publicly humiliating a fellow student, Fiona, at a senior class fashion show. Erica succeeds, but Jenny humiliates the poor girl in a much worse way! The following day, Jenny gives Fiona a piece of chocolate laxative, pretending that it's candy.
