When something like this is faked, it loses a whole lot. For obvious reasons, you're not gonna get a natural actress to play the part...(it's poopy porn after all). Plus the fact that it's real just makes it better anyway. I think you just have to take these for what they are, rare gems, and keep it moving.

That's fine, apart from the fact that the actresses from I need 2 pee do a pretty awesome job of keeping enough realism in what they do, so neither one is better than the other. All that's needed are for existing porn actresses & producers to change their style a little and make more of an effort to play the part. The contrived version will always lose realism but it will gain in providing the visual side that's missing.
