That one was very real. Just a girl with severe diarrhea. She even wanted to take her loaded panties off, but her mother says: pull your underwear back up! And tells them they will buy new underwear and baby wipes at Target. I think she even said we buy some diapers, but I'm not sure. Can you imagine being cleaned up with baby wipes and changed by your mom at that age? Perhaps at the back of the car? Starting at about 2:08, I was wondering whether the girl in the back seat started to piss herself. I think not -- I think she sneezed or coughed up some food -- but I'm curious what others think. She leans forward, laughing and clenching her thighs. Then she points to something in front of her. The driver looks and says "Eww!" The girl in the back says "Things are coming out of every hole," and then, addressing the driver, says "You're next." She then makes a comment about her kidney stones.
