Fake poop vids...how do they do it?

I've seen a couple of those fake Japanese videos recently where they use a hose or whatever to fake a panty pooping accident. For the most part I don't care, since a video is a video, but then I got to thinking, how do they do that, exactly? I've made fake poo as per Arthur Saxon's recipe, and I also usually just use warm oatmeal when I need a substitute, but I was wondering how they fake this. I've tried to build an apparatus to funnel oatmeal into my diaper, but I am always stumped as per a propulsion method. For me, about 90% of the fun of a messy diaper is the initial expansion and "filling" of the seat of the diaper. My wife is also game for messing her diaper, but it is a very difficult process for her and I usually get less-than-satisfying results, and faking it would improve our fun drastically. Any ideas on how to make a fake-poo-diaper-filling machine?

Somebody who is or was involved in such videos recently said chili (brown stuff) and oatmeal is often used. I have always thought that chocolate cake mix could have been used as well.

For me, knowing something is fake removes anything pleasurable from it. And I believe a good 70% is fake.

Videos/pictures from amateur couples are likely 100% or at least 90% genuine.

But I have no use for fakes at all - ever - and if told they are fake ahead of time (or given a"male alert"), I won't even look for a second.

I've always thought about using a narrow (around .5 to 1 inch ID), pliable tube to snake down the front of her panties and up between her cheeks, from which will issue a large volume of soft simu-shit. I believe that with some minor acting and proper design, a VERY convincing result could be had, along with giving the impression of an immense dump, larger than most women could deposit naturally.

Then, when the pooping part of the scene is done, withdraw the tube and with some careful cutting it should look almost 100% natural.

I also used a cloth diaper over a plastic bag carefully taped onto an air hose one time. Air compressor to fill the bag, and a very loose diaper. Let it fill slowly, and you even get the 'crackle' effect, and what seems like an unbelievable load. It was a fun trick, but my webcam at the time was awful. lol
