Still have the comics and did get the movie, but it wasn't very good.

It still pains me to this day that they didn't go all the way with this scene in any of its adaptations. Although, it's still my favorite despite that.

By the way, the Weather Woman TV Drama was only released on VHS in Japan. So, the hope of seeing anyone actually put it up online is probably a little thin.

Agreed-- I didn't even need to see anything graphic, just a shot of their faces and some sound effects (a la the sex and the city scene) would have been fine by me. Still really like them, though.

Bummer about the TV series, but I'm going to remain positive-- wouldn't be the first lost gem my readers uncovered.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the 8th volume of the Weather Woman Manga also has a laxative scene involving the main character. However, it's not as good as the first one as it's played up more for laughs. Still worth checking out though.

For anybody interested I found a site that seems to be selling the Weather Woman TV Drama for $8. There are two volumes but I'm not sure which one has the desperation scene.

Word on the net is that this site is somewhat trustworthy. Although, their videos are supposedly just burned onto generic DVD-R's or CDR's... So quality might be an issue.

As for volume 8 of the Manga, this site seems to have it available for download: http://rawcs.net/18165.html

Judging by the file sizes the scans might not be the highest of quality. But something is better than nothing, I guess.
