Women Panty Poopers--a question re cleanup

What's the best way that a woman should be cleaned up after a poop accident? Lying on her side or on her back on a bed? Over one's knee? Standing up in the tub, being sponged down? I may one day have a wife or girl friend that I may have to help. All opinions welcome.

Wipe front to back with toilet paper or wipes and then just blast the rest off in the shower standing up with the legs bowed apart.
