Enema or phospho soda?

Tomorrow after work I will have the whole evening free. I have the diapers bought but am trying to decide what I want to use to force an accident/incident. I haven't pooped in a day and plan to eat a buffet meal before going so I am leaning towards the phospho soda, any thoughts
