open scene in episode "Fists and Feet and Stuff" is montage of what the four major characters are doing......
Gretchen (hot red-head) is getting healthy so shes drinking green smoothy and jogging....... when she out jogging her tummy makes noises and she gets slower and more awkward
then she stops we hear a rumble and she gets a shocked look on her face
later she seen hosing off her bottom half with a hose while a man looks at her.........
later at half way through the episode she talks about how she shit herself eaarlier but that the conversation shes having is more embarassing.....
