I never tried knickers, and I can't say I really like briefs. Too loose. I prefer compression boxers. I don't really care about if it's girly or manly, I just don't want anything to spill out, and like having my poop pressed into my crotch and backside.
Generally speaking, I prefer loading a diaper way, way more. I only use my underwear now if I'm out of diapers or when I just want a quick thrill.
Seriously. Diapers are so much better. Something else I love about diapers is once the bulge is flattened, you can barely tell visually that you pooped yourself. (if you're wearing pants over your diapers). So I really enjoy doing my groceries or going to the movies in a loaded diaper. I usually poop before leaving, but sometimes I do the actual messing in public too.
