In short: NO. However....

The sphincter can be stretched and over time the size it can reach can increase by practise, however it closes back up and the muscles can be toned - just like pussy

Therefore those that practice anal sex are not bowel incontinent. Most can hold a good poop just like anyone else.

However, the shape changes right on the exit and this can cause issues in being harder to get clean than with a virgin ass (ie. need more paper, and wet wipes as the tissue now reaches further in meaning more exposed area to clean whereas the virgin ass offers no internal tissue to reach).

This change in shape could also make extreme diarrhea urges harder to hold.
