    My morning: Up at 4:00am wet, then messed my diaper. Up, coffee, then exercise room. 6 sets of 15 reps of presses, flies, bench presses, rows, curls, tri-kick-backs, 125 crunches, and now here. It has been about 1.5 hours in a messy diaper, soon I will change, clean up, put on a fresh diaper, get dressed and go to work. Yes, I sometimes wear a diaper at work.
