Posting Problems

I have a new TVPC story ready to go but I can't seem to post it. It's probably a problem on my end rather than this website, but if anyone has some advice I'd appreciate it. I have my the story in Word format on my computer and typically I do a copy and paste function to put the text onto the website. But my computer won't let me slide over the text to copy it. Any help would be appreciated.
