I remember several years ago, having a really close call, I'd been going to hospital for tests for a stomach problem and on this occasion had been for a barium meal, anyhow, I didn't feel too bad after the procedure so happened to mention to the girl who'd done it that I may pop into town for a look around the shops as it was a nice day. She gave me a worried look and advised against it, asked how far from the hospital I lived, and how I'd got there. I told her I'd travelled in by car and it had taken about 20 minutes, she looked at her watch and said something about, "oh you should just make it in time" as I went out of the door she called out to me, "remember, go straight home, don't go anywhere else". I drove home and was about five minutes from my house when I got a really bad urge to shit, it was weird, no slow build up, it went from nothing to almost crisis point, I drove home, clenching my ass cheeks and praying I wouldn't get delayed, then I did, the urge was horrendous and I had visions of ending up sitting in my car with a pair of loaded jeans, and I thought it was going to be a runny job.
I got home and parked in the drive, jumped out and ran for the front door, key in hand, as I opened the door it hit again and I just managed to hold it in, I ran for the bathroom and just managed to get my jeans and underwear down. I hadn't yet sat down when suddenly a massive solid load exploded from my rear, it turned out that the stuff they use for barium meals is quite heavy and has this effect of making you completely empty your bowels about 30 minutes after taking it, the procedure took less than ten minutes so after getting dressed I had around 20 minutes left, hence the nurses advice to go straight home. I bet there's a few people who've been caught out after this procedure, thankfully I wasn't one of them.

I often wear diapers to work in a careful discreet manner. I am a professional person with a Ph.D. I often wet throughout the day and I am mindful not to leak. My wife was out of town and I wore my diaper to work, but decided not to have a bowel movement so I could hopefully mess my diaper driving home. The urge to soil my diaper mid-day was quite strong, but I was able to hold on until it was time to leave. I walked out to my car with several colleagues, both women, and on the way to my car I completely soiled my diaper without blinking an eye in their presence. They never suspected anything since we were outside; consequently any odor was not detected. The load was so big, I was worried that my diaper would not contain it, and when I sat down in my car, my second anxious moment was a concern that my mess would leak onto my pants and car seat. Fortunately all was well and I got home without incident, and changed into a clean diaper for the evening. My wife called and I told her that I was doing just fine.
