I was able to download this without registering.

Yes, it does have two countdown clocks. And the first captcha code that appeared was so fuzzy and hard to read that I just ignored it, hit the download button, and waited for a different code. The second one was a little easier.

Sendspace is definitely better. But this site does not require registration.
