  • T.V show desperation/accident

hey everyone, at the 29:00 minute mark, theres a pretty good desperation scene and after a few minutes she declares that she peed her pants. Thought some of you might want to take a look.

Okay that was actually really hot. I like how her desperation grew and she tried to be cool about it but eventually she just became frantic.

Anyway I saved the file and and trimmed it to just being the accident scene.

Thanks for that, but though I downloaded it with no problems I'm only getting audio, no visuals. Any thoughts? That's on a Windows 7 PC running VLC.

I'm getting the same issue, it won't show any visuals in VLC or Media Player Classic. I'm on Vista, though.

Hmmmmmmmm. I'm not sure. Try Quicktime? It's the player I used to view the original video and it's also the program I used to trim it (as it's built in and easy to do). I wonder if I can figure out a way to save it in a different format?

What show/episode is it from. I don't like to download any permanant videos to my computer but I might be able to find a flash video if I know what to look for.

                  Blank screen here too

I'm using quicktime and ran into the same problem. Sound, but the screen is bank.

None of my other players would work either.

I was going to try installing VLAN just to watch this video. I will hold off for now knowing that does not work either.

                  Can someone convert to flv?

here is an mkv file, the standard for television torrents now. It plays in VLC, but also in windows media player if that's what you have:

                    http://www.sendspace.com/file/d2h6t4

(89 M, about 3 min, the incident, "A" in the file name)

(Oh, yeah, ignore the two other guys in the diner in the first 5 seconds of the clip saying "I'm going to throw up". Its unrelated - one guy has caught an employee stealing from the business that he manages, and isn't looking forward to confronting that guy. Sorry to include it but I didn't want to miss any of the date night scene) (also, notice that large bushes were available for cover. Many women, especially younger ones, or experienced partiers (i.e. drunks) would have used them as cover for a squat, but of course many other women would not even consider such a thing)

I also uploaded the scene which follows a few minutes later, but its not exciting, just interesting for analysis which follows:

The 'accident' was so hot to some of us, while not being explicit, because it is played realistically by a professional actress. Its not done for laughs, or for titillation and arousal, and its not done to heighten or prove terror either. It's not over-acted, so it seems it really could happen this way.

So why was the scene included? The show is a character-driven drama, and the incident helps develop and define these two characters' relationship with each other. I watched the first season last year, but haven't had time for much television lately. The guy is one of the three main characters, but when I f.forwarded straight to "the good part" I didn't recognize her character. If it had been a first date, which I thought it might be (he doesn't have a good track record with lasting relationships) then it would surely have been the first and last date the way that it happened, with her 'pissed off' about the situation. I think that she says "OK, I am peeing right now" with an exasperated, I-can't-believe-this-is-happening grin, while he tries to unlock the door, but after she finishes she seems definitely angry when she says "I just peed my pants". But then watching the rest of the episode, they are a new couple who had already hooked-up before this incident. They are both really into each other, and sitting on her front steps afterwards he asks her to make the commitment of moving in with him, and they start making out, kissing and leaning together with her leg going up over his. Unfortunately he had spare pants in the car which she has changed into. So, the wetting didn't ruin the night after all...

(58 M, after, with "B" in the filename)

It's TNT's show Men of a Certain Age. The episode is called "Can't Let That Slide." You can watch it on their website. http://www.tnt.tv/dramavision/?cid=59359
It's on page 5. Not sure about its playability outside the US. Anyway, worth a look for sure. Thanks for the heads up.

Minor edits like Copying/Pasting/Trimming are extremely easy in QuickTime, it's a good program to use on Windows or Mac for this kind of editing. As far as saving it in a different format, try File | Export, use MP4 as the file format, and the H.264 codec.

Here is a second attempt for you. I could open it with VLC so maybe it will be okay for others.

Update: Well fuck that didn't work either. For christ sake, this is why people don't do anything for each other online. Why the fucking hell is it so hard to just trim something to share and why do things work perfectly fine on my computer and not on others. Not like fucking computers and the internet are a new concept.

Someone smarter than me can do this. I'm going back to lurking.

                              TV Show desperation/accident

Tried both, neither would play vid. Saw the msg at the end, download time was 20 min and 80+ megs for the torrent file. Too much. The downloader then wouldn't work. Frustration! The audio at least sounded good, wished for the video portion! Alas.
