This looks very real, dated July 20, new to me...
Three or four girls have invaded the men's bathroom at a concert, presumably because the line for the girls' room is too long. Guys in the bathroom tease one girl about it in a friendly way, and then one guy asks her, "are you peeing?! Did you pee your pants?"
And the camera pans down to her dark green pants, to show a large dark patch that runs from her crotch to her knees. At this point there is a lot of laughing and shouting, and you can't hear a lot of the conversation. But the girl smiles and laughs, and then proceeds to bounce up and down a bit, showing off the wet spot. She has clearly acknowledged that she wet herself.
After I watched this about three or four times, I realized that the guys were talking to the girl with the wet patch while she was at the hot air hand dryer, while two other girls were taking turns using a stall.
The girl who wet herself had probably been in and out of the stall already. She must have begun to wet herself well before going into the men's room, and then managed to finish up in the stall.
