  • An anecdote

A facebook friend posted this. As far as I know he is not "one of us". For background, he is referring to a political campaign in Philadelphia in the recent past, probably a local candidate. He was canvassing, going door-to-door to get out the vote. I found the story interesting, not really sexy, but still kind of a turn on in that I am really sure it is real, and the woman in question seems so matter of fact; she recognizes that the canvassing is really important, and so must put first things first.
"When I worked on the last campaign there was a woman we called "the Flood". We were doing a late canvass and she said, "I'm going to flood!" Then she got in her car and peed her pants. We were shocked when she got back out, told us what happened and finished the canvass. I had mixed feelings. I was happy about the voter contact, but I can't imagine we did ourselves any favors by sending a slightly addled, middle aged woman soaked in urine to someone's door late at night asking for their vote."

Probably she wanted to do it in private? Who knows? All sorts of strange ideas go through people's heads about stuff they grew up with as taboo. Maybe she associated peeing her pants with being in a car from a previous situation?

Bbbarny, good question, I have no idea. On the toilet website, there's a woman who calls herself Car Mom, who is always posting about her and her daughters peeing in her car, sometimes with pants on, sometimes not. I'd sure rather wet myself in the street, unless of course I had towels and plastic covering my car seat.

Yes, but from what I've heard, her stories are so ridiculous that they're probably not true. "She" may not even be female.

I've read most of them in passing. They're pretty much some of the most obviously fake stories in the history of fake stories. According to "Car Mom", everyone (EVERYONE) she meets is interested in peeing in her car (and allowing their kids to do so) and nobody ever seems to find it weird for more than a few seconds, which should on its own be a dead giveaway that it's made up. There's even one story where (if I remember correctly) she convinces a whole family of Mexican people to piss in her car outside a Wal Mart for some reason. Because, you know, that happens all the time.

Not to hate on fantasy or anything but if you're going to make your story out to be true at least try to make it be a situation that has some chance of occurring in real life. Having everyone you meet be inexplicably interested in peeing in your car (and on your couch, and probably in other places I'm not recalling) does not qualify.

Yes, Car Mom lives in some sort of alternate universe, for sure. I would find "her" stories more entertaining, even though obviously fake, if the women and girls in "her" stories pissed in their pants more often, but they rarely do.

Yeah, I think she's only mentioned wetting a few times, usually it's just parents and their children going all over the seats or in random other places. I'm not really into that to start with (I'm pretty much just a wetting guy), but the part that I dislike most is the fact that the writer involves kids in pretty much every single story. Not even just having them present, sometimes they're the main focus of the plot. Especially considering how Car Mom is most likely a middle aged man in real life, I find it rather creepy.

Let nothing stand in the way of internet fantasy!
It never ceases to amaze me, not that people write this stuff and pass it off as truth (I've been on the internet long enough to expect that) but that there's always somebody who will defend the fantasizer as a speaker of truth and honesty until their forum death. I find it quite funny, really.
