I have seen this pic before and always wondered in which position/way she may have peed herself so that the wetness went so far to the right but not further down her thighs?

IMHO that is a spill every day of the week. The pattern doesn't appear to me to follow a wetting, it follows what you would expect if she spilled a drink on her lap.
