D'oh! Ya beat me to it...I was literally just abbout to post the link to this exact video! The way she kept looking at the camera leads me to believe the whole thing was staged, and that the cameraman didn't just stumble on some random woman pissing.

If you look carefully at the beginning of the clip you can see it has been filmed from a CCTV screen. One thing you can see is the branding 'Samsung' at the bottom of the screen and also the time calibrations which mysteriously seem to be duplicated.

So this does suggest it is candid CCTV camera and that the male(?) person that seemed to arrive part way through was genuinely lucky and not part of any posed or acted performance.
