This is a film by Pedros Almodovar. I'm not sure if this scene is real but I watched a documentary about the guy and he mentions one golden shower scene where the actress was protesting but he convinced her by saying, "It's okay, it's just pee"! That's how I got into his films. They aren't full of pee scenes but interesting films. Anyway, thought this link might be appreciated. It's great how they just sit down and talk after it!
