These kind off "last"accidents fascinate me. There are a lot of children around. Yet it's a 21 year old girl who has done a wee in her panties. What is going trough her mind? I think it's kind of silly to suggest that the girl in that video might possibly be underage when you can't see her face.

Actually, I am not at all one of those who always are at the underage topic. In most cases it goes without saying that such a discussion won't lead to anything as nobody will be able to tell. So why raise the subject at all? Apart from obvious cases, it is just a superfluous nuisance. And in those obvious cases, the relative post should be deleted right away. I don't see the slightest reason to assume that the tiktok clip in this thread is one of those.
