Great find! The patch is amazing: In the front it is on the left, at her bum it is on the right. Strangely, there are no streams visible down her legs. Maybe she just leaked more and more without peeing steadily?
She is so drunk that she possibly thinks she is still holding it...
If she didn't care she would just let go and pee down her legs, but she doesn't, as far as I can see.
