the site is like a wild west version of giffy, pretty sure they are all made to be downloaded, it takes a few seconds for the video feed to propogate, and it appears to still be maintained as there was some new content since i first found it. For example this user https://www.redgifs.com/users/janespins has a bunch of pissy content and added a new video the same day i posted the link.
