I run HD Wetting, so I think I can answer this question for you.
If you are asking if we just happen to randomly catch women having accidents, then the answer is no. We do plan video shoot ahead of time and schedule what videos we are going to shoot. We also ask our members for ideas.
The actually wetting is 100% real. Often times the girls have to wait until we are ready to shoot a scene, and really are bursting. Also several of our public videos actually really involve the model peeing in her pants in a very public setting, often with other people around.

What happened was my hard drive died. I had all the members area videos backed up, but not all of the free videos. I didn't realize that I know longer had a copy of that video until I upgraded the site to the new design and found that video missing.
On the upside- I am working on a new video, that will be released for free, that will also be a compilation of many scenes. However, I also do mainstream video production. This month has been very busy for me doing non-adult videos. I am also recovering from a stomach surgery that has kind of slowed me down.
