Help - does anyone remember this old clip?

I haven't found this clip anywhere. It has a college-aged woman in a bandana who wets herself, asks a guy to film it and says she has a bladder infection. The guy keeps saying things like "I'm not sure I want to film this" and she says that she already started, so she might as well finish...

I have seen it in one place with just the name "3" I also remember it as "ipeedmyselfLOL" or something like that. It was an FLV.
