She looks drunk or having taken some drugs. It is a typical situation for someone not in a clear state. She may have not noticed the urge of her full bladder. When she did, she then started to seek for bathroom. But, unfortunately, a shop is not an appropriate place for that. Consequently, she couldn't make it.
That said, she doesn't seem so much to be affected by her urinary accident and her soaked jeans. It is a very hot scene and she is gorgeous ! I wish I was in this shop to smell her pee. I whould offer her some clean and dry clothes.

For once it is the slim attractive one who has wet herself! She doesnt seem overly concerned, and her friend seems to find the whole incident very funny as she is leaving the shop. She certainly must have been holding and really desperate, judging by the size of the puddle on the floor and the fact her jeans were soaked right down to her ankles.
