The camera work seems almost too good to be true. The camera operator somehow managed to capture excellent views of the first girl's accident and her own. I think this might have been planned.

If it was planned, it is very well done, and it comes so close to simulating an unplanned accident that you can't really tell for sure...

It kinda depends on how you define accident. There is a gray area in the sense that one can plan an accident by intentionally waiting long enough that you know you are going to wet your pants, but you still have some degree of control over exactly when and where it happens. Also falling into this gray area are cases where it is not planned, and you really do not want to wet your pants, but you come to realize that you will not make it to a bathroom. So instead of waiting until you completely lose control, you decide to let it go in a controlled manner.
