Good call, chaos266! Indeed, she is Poppy and she appears in Pee Garden 3, 4, and 5. I apologize for misleading you earlier by saying she did not appear in any videos that I was aware of.

There is also someone named Poppy who appears in several of the Glimpse and Sneaky Pee videos. I don't think it is the same girl because this other Poppy is blonde. However, you can check the pictures for yourself at the following links:
