This prank wen to far with those who were in on it . They should be punished
      for what they did .

I would not mind having a baked good made with my urine or that of someone i really know and trust . To be Healthy at eating such goods , but , what these students did was absolutely wrong .

Plus without consent of anyone that was given one to eat . Without their prior knowledge of what was used in making the product .

No big deal - they were cooked. Now if it had been in some salad dressing...

Baking their urine into cupcakes was a waste of perfectly good piss! This sounds like something right out of one of the stories you'd read here at WetSet; I can't believe it happened in real life! I wonder if their urine was sterilized by the baking process?

Yeah yeah it's wrong and they shouldn't have done it and all that.. But all I can think is 'jealous!!' God how perfect. I wonder if any of the students ate them knowing that they had piss in them.. I know I would have

Pathogenic bacteria and viruses are killed off at around 60 degrees Centigrade, so there was no risk to health.

People should worry more about what happens to food before they even buy it - especially in restaurants (don't annoy the waiter/waitress!).

I've seen/read about too many horror stories to eat out anymore, unless it's a Subway style shop where I see them make the food right in front of me.

                  Paranoia is a dangerous condition.

In all seriousness...the reports of public dining establishments providing deadly or disgusting meals on a routine basis are greatly exaggerated. We have inspectors of public health for that reason...and, quite frankly, there are enough pests and unhygenic sources in your own kitchen to rival anything that's wrong at your local bistro. The average American house has roughly 40 species of insect and arachnid numbering in the hundreds, several mice and a few sources of animal waste you'd never notice. Not to mention the debris we and our pets leave behind. The bread you buy in the store contains roughly 0.2% bug matter, 0.05% pesticide compounds, 0.1% dust/debris including human and animal skin and particularly mouse droppings. You gonna stop buying bread now?

Frankly, the way they ate in 1500, it was a miracle that they didn't spend their entire lives in the privy blowing half their body weight out their assholes daily. Any mess you might find in today's restaurants would be considered far FAR better than par for the course as recently as 1950.

There's a lovely world out there full of human culinary achievement...I recommend you stop worrying about what you can't see and go enjoy it.
