Looks like a strange form of sex play. Isn't she clean at 0:16-0:17 and starts doing it in her pants at 0:17--> ? I am almost sure she gets off by first shitting in her pants and then thoroughly being cleaned by her bf!

If you look close, her bottom is dirty when she first comes behind the car. Later at 0:48 she takes off her shorts, and drops it on the floor. To me her shorts looks rather dirty.
And I do have a feeling that this has happened to them before:-)
