Posting pics.

I don't really understand why folks don't use the vB code to show a pic in their posts. That way, no one has to click on a link that might be bad news.
It's so easy to do. The directions are here on the site, I won't go through it all now. Simply click on "vB code" at the bottom of the page. It explains it all.
Please do so. Then, we'll see the pics on the page. Gee, what a great idea!

I suppose some are not savvy enough to figure it out. Oh well. No offense intended here. Just a suggestion. (This does NOT apply to movies, of course. You'd have to post the link to a movie.)

I agree... the only "hassle" is that you have to upload the pics to a picture host website first.

No, you don't, unless you post a pic of your own. But, most people post links to pics that are already on the web. They only need to copy the location of that pic, i.e., the URL, and use vB code. Then, we'd see the pics right here on the board. Easy!
