Well, we may never know, but I did figure out what store that was and based on Yelp reviews over the years, it sounds like it's a much-hated establishment known both for charging too much for beer and for inflating credit card charge slips after-the-fact. So maybe it was payback 
I'd assumed too the owner posted the vid hoping someone would ID her, but now I doubt that's true. His store has a Facebook page (with all of four "likes" haha) and from the pix of the place he clearly has cameras over the register that could have gotten a good close-up of her face. But, he didn't post that--just the shot of all that hot pissing action. So maybe he's "one of us" too, hehe. (He's got plenty of pix on that Facebook page of boob-a-licious babes hawking Jager and other shit.)
Anyway. Still my favorite "caught on camera" footage ev-ah. Never seen anything like it, and probably never will again. Godspeed, wherever you are, hot-blonde-pissing-chick! And thanks to the OP for bringing it into my life!
